We provide four homes with a total of 23 places covering the Wiltshire towns of Melksham, Chippenham and Devizes.
These homes cover a wide range of care needs from 2 Registered Care Homes with 24/7 care to the more independent living offered in the group home and the house containing 5 bed-sitter rooms.
The homes are run by Support Workers and Ancillary Staff, with a Registered Manager or Project Manager (as appropriate).
In-house staff liaise with the Community Mental Health Teams, the relevant Social Workers and GP’s to bring together a personal care package for each client.
All clients are encouraged to treat the houses as their homes, to be involved with the decisions within the homes and to develop independent lifestyles. As much as possible local facilities are used by clients, as by any other member of the community.
